The Cleaners I Love!

This non-toxic solution is probably the most effective household cleaner I've ever used. The best part? It's completely human, animal and environmentally safe! No harsh chemicals to burn your skin, eyes or lungs, no smells and no weird residues. We use this for all of our cleaning, except laundry. It's so gentle and effective that I even use it as a facial cleaner sometimes.

I've tried a LOT of laundry soaps and none of them have gotten my close as clean smelling or as clean looking as Defunkify (especially without leaving a residue). When I started training for my half-marathon last year, I really needed to up my laundry game. And so began the year of trying everything that claimed it would work. It didn't. The only thing I have found to work is Defunkify. What I love best about it, is that if you go to www.EWG.org and search for their products, you'll find that their liquid laundry detergents have an "A" rating, meaning it's safe, clean and effective!

Plain old white vinegar you say? Yup! Plain ol' distilled white vinegar is one of the best and most natural cleaning products around. It's cheap, it cleans really well (especially things like mirrors and windows), it neutralizes odors and it even takes away hard water residue (we use it on our showerheads and hot water kettles).
