My Style
When asked why my style is, I often have a hard time narrowing it down. I seem to like all styles, truly believing that all of them have their time and place. I love my spaces to be moody, clean and minimalistic, cozy and comforting, warm and inviting, serene and calming as well as upscale and luxury. When I am in need of inspiration and energy, I love spaces that are vibrant, like those from the Moroccan Style. When I want luxury, I love the Glam Style. When I want serenity, I look to the clean simplicity of the Rustic and Minimalist Styles. And when I want comfort and coziness I connect with the Hygge Style.
While I may not have one particular style, one thing my styles all have in common, I love using sustainable, eco-friendly, natural and ethical elements to create my perfect, eclectic style!
Other Interior Styles
The mid-century modern style of interior design was popularized during the 1940s, and has yet to leave the mainstream gaze—for good reason. Defined by clean lines, organic forms, minimal ornamentation, and high functionality, the style has an undeniably timeless appeal.
Modern farmhouse combines the sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic to create a uniquely fresh take on the country living inspired style. Modern farmhouse style is known for its warmth and simplicity, characterized by natural textures and materials like wood or galvanized steel.
Glam is an interior design style that's ornate, extravagant, and strikes the perfect balance of opulence and functionality. People know it when they see it, but many are unaware of all the elements that make up the look.
Rustic Industrial style takes cues from both the rural and urban worlds. Using elements like wood furniture (which look great in traditional home designs) and metal finishes (which feel right at home with modern designs). ... A wood chair might bring the Rustic look, while a metal table brings the Industrial side.
